Adult Ballet

Explore the rich and diverse techniques of “Bellydance” its roots can be followed through out the history of man with cultural and ancient influences including: Persian, Arabic, Turkish, Greek, Roman and Ottoman empires.

Whether you are looking to improve your stage presence, or build more dynamic movement skills this is a class for you. Each class begins with flowing movement patterns followed by footwork, isolations, layering, presentation, props and simple choreography.
